Dark blue pull down blinds for main picture window are only window coverings in
the cottage, used as sun shade…cottage is so private no need for other window
coverings – always enjoy the view.

frame, large double dresser with mirror, laundry hampers, side chair, bedside
table with lamp, and fan.
Children’s Bedroom: 1 ˝ bunk
beds (sleep 3 adults) white tubular metal, bedside lamp, fan, blue dry-sink
storage unit, built-in, floor to ceiling pine bookcase.
Guest Bedroom: 2 double beds, mattresses in
great shape (1 firm – 1 softer), small chest of drawers, 2 small end table
units, side chair, 2 lamps, fan, room also has built in closet and storage
cupboards.
Note: all pillows and mattresses have been well
protected, are clean and in excellent condition.
If buyer likes, we will be
happy to leave bedding for all rooms including almost brand new double bed
comforter sets (dust ruffle, sheets, shams etc.) for the guest room, lots of
towels including beach towels, kitchen linens…again you can be completely set
up. IF buyer does not want these items,
we will take them and any other items unwanted to our local Mennonite depot.
Tools to be left behind include: lawn
mower, wheel barrel, wood chipper, 4000 watt generator, rakes, shovels etc. –
selection of garden tools, selection of hand tools including hammers, screw
drivers, measure tapes, some nails/screws, light bulbs, flashlights, steel
workbench, radial arm saw, mitre saw, axes & pics, 220 volt compressor optional,
some storage cupboards and shelving.

freezer and fridge for kitchen fridge overflow and another old laminate kitchen
table.
